Targeted Training for Business Success

Using clearly defined content and effective training sequences, from a fast-track approach that takes only 4 weeks to more in-dept and comprehensive efforts that take up to 4 months, our programs are designed specifically for businesses from $500K to $5MM in yearly revenue.

  • Business Direct Program – Delivered in a remote one-to-one format, it includes a business valuation followed by an assessment that prioritizes specific areas of improvement from which owners choose the training areas most appropriate and impactful for their business.
  • Community Lender Program – Training consists of standard Business Direct components that are delivered to client borrowers in either remote peer group or one-to-one formats. Each format is crafted to the specific needs and interests of the lender.

All of our programs are based on the same foundation and incorporate the same training components:
  • Initial Valuation – Businesses receive an industry-benchmarked valuation powered by a sophisticated model validated with data from over 85,000 businesses. Additionally, specific growth opportunities are identified and ranked by their projected impact on the business.
  • Training – Training is conducted in remote one-to-one or peer group settings. The tools used (i.e., tutorials, exercises, etc.) and breadth of the areas covered varies by topic being trained.
  • Support & Re-Valuation – A variety of post-training support is offered with each program to give the participants the opportunity to fully implement the concepts learned. Re-valuation of the business is recommended in order to measure progress.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting – All valuations, re-valuations and other training platform activity is accumulated and reported when we partner with community lenders.
